Projects can run into budget overruns, missed schedules, and other problems when various vendors are selected and then try to find a way to interact under different business models. Our goal is to offer you a product that is designed and managed all under one roof. The advantage for you is a knowledgeable team of professionals, experienced in working together, and collaborating on every aspect of the book. This results in a superior product that represents the history and tradition of your Club, delivered on time and on budget.

We provide a comprehensive production schedule which holds the project team accountable for deadlines, and keeps the client involved with project milestones. A book can take up to a year to produce from concept to production—this means pre-planning can start up to 2 years in advance.

The research end of a book is an important job and one we treat with the greatest of respect. Our team goes through old archival photos, newspaper clippings, and available member memorabilia. We then conduct interviews with your historian and any members who have a great story to tell. The more feedback from you and your appointed members—the more personal and detailed a book becomes.

Design is the glue that holds all of the pieces together. Our team focuses on designing books that are unique. No pre-made templates to be found here—custom designs are what we specialize in, which enables us to showcase the reputation and true distinction of the Club. In a commemorative book the little details can make an elegant difference—this is where our creative design skills shine.

A beautiful book is the end result of a perfect balance of design, creative components and story telling. One of the key components of the story is photography. We believe a commemorative book should earn a spot on a member’s coffee table, and one to ensure this is by visually enhancing the book with captivating images—old and new.

The collaboration with our production team is one of the most important parts of a book project. Different printing techniques can make or break the outcome of a book. We recommend a book size of approximately 132 pages and up for an all encompassing centennial Club documentation. Our books are printed on 100 lb gloss stock and bound by a hard cover with a custom dust jacket.
